Imagining…

Gifting me with hot flashes in crevices I didn’t know exist. He sends my body through supreme elevations by tickling my thoughts while gently fucking my mind as he winds and dines me with time. Making it hard for me to resist his kiss as my lust persists. Leaving me yearning for more of his sweet tastes of ecstasy. Evidence of sexual cerebral desires drip from my skin. My finger tips tingle wanting to caress the remnants of him. I squirm and arch my back as his nectar blesses the tip of my tongue. Squeezing my thighs in attempts to hide my pulsating rise. Nigeria’s most treasured, missing…

While the world is still grumbling about a racist basketball owner, our Mother Land is in tears. Their hearts are in fear and their lives have been terrorized. 16 days ago 234 Nigerian school aged girls were abducted by a militant terrorist group called the Boko Haram. The girls were sold as brides at the price of $12 apiece. In this moment my hands are shaking so badly, it’s difficult for me to write. I am outraged! My heart is crying out…

Where is the government???- Their government, our government, anybody’s freaking government?! There has been no major search party for these children.

The first day that plane disappeared; several countries were at sea searching for the lost. When that boat came up missing, the same urgency was displayed. Both situations were on every news channel. No one except for these children’s families is searching for these innocent girls after 16 days!! This hasn’t been declared as a world tragedy. They are only African girls. When they cry out, no one is listening.

When Russia is having issues, when N. Korea is suspect, when questions arise in the Middle East, the US is right there smack dap in the middle, the 1^st to show up in other countries.

Our President has roots in Africa, his father – pure African, these are his people too. Last time I checked he was in the Philippines…

Drug Induced Sappiness ; )

The gift we have as writers is not an everyday gift. Very few professions can take something intangible like thought and create something tangible like words transcribed on a piece of paper leaving an imprint on a person’s heart that lasts a lifetime. Writing is not just the recording of our most inner thoughts onto a keyboard. Writing is the visible connection that invisibly links us to the minds of other beings. When you touch a person with words, you’ve tapped into another man’s reality without even being in his presence. Like music, it has the power to travel from the exterior of a person’s existence into the depths of their soul. The words we articulate have the will to boost a reader to their highest height and the power to pull them down to their lowest whoa. Our words birth emotion. They initiate fear, we gift courage. We ignite fires of passion. We generate laughter; we are the creators of tears. Our thoughts save lives. Writing saves us…

There’s something to be said about a person who can stir up the creativity within another. When you inspire me to write, my soul is born again. Your presence persuades me to dive into the truest part of my truest self. The world is mute, only beauty shines through. When you inspire me to write good things, you bless me with the purest form of joy. You warm my heart. When you inspire me to write, you comfort me. You cause my dreams to radiate truth through you. Today, you have inspired me to write and for that my friend, I love you.

Isn’t this an awesome sight? I spoke of seeing a rainbow encircling the sun the other day in conjunction with a post about seeing signs. I have been trying to find a photograph to show something similar to what I saw that day and this is as close as I could come.

At the time I had been thinking about a friend who is going through a very scary time healthwise and also thinking about my own health and saying some prayers for both of us, hoping that she would come through this in good shape and that my concerns would heal as well.  Right then, I looked up in the sky and directly in front of me was a rainbow completely surrounding the mist covered sun.  I could see about 3/4’s of the rainbow, the rest being blocked by a hill.
