Sweet dreams…

When the mind stops, the wind no longer blows, words cease to be, when life silences your soul. When your speech lacks tone, a voice void, rendered speechless, when the quiet lingers. Pondering moments when one was loved. A time when you were held close and felt all was just; places never unearthed, touched. Finger tips caressed your soul. We were the stars in each other’s eyes. The Moon. The Earth, Goddess. The world sleeps, minds scream and hearts weep. Different and distant, as if never before. Reaching deep within the confides of silent solace, out of love’s reach. Thoughts become unfamiliar, pain peculiar, a space unknown. As the mind wanders, there lies a heart desiring to hear sweet colloquy, forevermore.

The wondering…

“She wonders if the love of self is enough when her heart yearns to be shared with someone else. No matter how much she feeds her spirit, the void exists. Her soul, it misses him deeply but her mind doesn’t know who he is. She wishes to hear his voice, to feel his touch, to be comforted by his kiss. His energy has never been there. Does that stop his spirit from feeling she? Can he? Does he feel her the way that she feels he? His absence causes her to yearn continuously. Why is it taking so long for him to arrive? What is he afraid of? She’d never hurt him, only cherish, adore and protect his heart from strife. Doesn’t he feel within the depths of his being that she needs him? Her heart’s thoughts ~ Void of time.”

Loving how you Choose…

Everyone is just trying to be happy. Some have not experienced the same things as you. Curiosity makes people want to feel something new. Hearts are anxious to internally understand the things they’ve only heard about. So when people move a little faster in love than you’d do, don’t judge. They’re ready to get the love boat rolling. They’re allowed to LOVE at the pace in which they choose, just as you.

her prayer…

This writing is one of the most personal ones I’ve done in a while. I was emotional while writing/designing it and I can still feel the heaviness in my chest where my heart resides. I’m sharing myself with you as I always do and I hope you enjoy “her prayer.”
